I've been unable to continue streaming for several hours now, due to an erroneous "device limit reached" message. I only use a single device to stream Dark Shadows, and have logged out/restarted mac/logged back in only to find that the message persists when I try to stream an episode. Please fix this bug at your end.
Hi Mark, Thanks for your message. We reached out to VHX, who run the technology of DarkShadows.tv, and they said when a user receives this error it is because they triggered the device limit, which is 3 devices. Different browsers can also count as devices which may explain why you received this message. VHX has cleared the rate limit on your account, so you should no longer have any issues streaming Dark Shadows.
