Keep getting the ‘timed out and reload’ message but doesn’t work even with different devise. Why?

Me too Kasey. I tried re-fresh, and I re-started my Apple Mac desktop. Still nothing. I know it is not my computer or internet connection as everything else is working. So maybe there is a problem here on the site? That is a nuisance as we are paying for this!

Same here. Very annoying. Where is the site manager? This needs to be fixed!

Same here. Just tried reporting to mpihomevideo and that site is down as well with similar error message. Looks like problem is on their end. Server might need a reboot or some such thing. Will just have to wait.

I just reported it. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

It’s back up and working for me.

We believe there was an VHX outage that affected playback yesterday, Sunday, June 2nd. We believe that playback function has now been restored. We're reaching out to VHX to inquire about the issue.
