I keep getting the timed out and re-fresh message, and despite everything I do still will not play the videos. My computer and internet connection are fine. Is there a blip on the site?

We believe there was an VHX outage that affected playback yesterday, Sunday, June 2nd. We believe that playback function has now been restored. We're reaching out to VHX to inquire about the issue.
